I really like the tool. Finally, we have a common way of working, we have a way of visualising data for operators. They know where to look at, and they’re interested in it. And I like the support we have from Cyzag, trying to meet our demands on technical issues and so on. So, it’s really good.

One of the great positives, and this is some of the good feedback that we’ve gotten about the tool, is we used to have several different information scattered amongst Excel and in paper format. We’ve made custom tabs within the Cyzag tool to track this information, so our operators are very happy to have it all in one place now.

Our work processes are 2x better. Before when we used paper, operators would write something down and then forget it or the field operators wouldn’t have paper to hand. Now the operators have the Cyzag tool for everything so they can get the information easily and give it to the other operators.

The engagement is there. And they can see from each other what they're doing... You don't need to duplicate work, and if it already exists, you don't need to reinvent the wheel. We see it already happening.

Shop floor HUB (Digital Operations Hub) is a strategic and critical key digital project for Perstorp that will enable us to stabilise and improve production, letting our control room operators take data driven decisions in the right time by having “one single source of truth” displayed to them in one place.

We chose Cyzag’s Whiteboard because of its focus on users, which is essential for engagement and success of the initiative, the flexibility of the platform that enables us to manage the technology ourselves and build our own use cases, combined with their highly agile approach.

The whole philosophy with Cyzag is based on widgets and the possibility that you can easily change layouts and appearance, select fields and so on makes it very, very configurable.

Cyzag is significantly better accepted than the Excel form, and crew is much more interested in completing PDCA once they start with it in Cyzag… The crew likes it and finds it simple and convenient to use and complete.

My personal feeling is that Cyzag adds great value to the crew’s acceptance of CI and administrative work on PDCAs. Some had a few suggestions on how it could be improved in a practical way, and these suggestions were noted.

One of the reasons why we like Cyzag so much is that there’s a lot of flexibility. You can change the process yourself. In alternative platforms, this wasn’t possible. You needed a lot of support from developers.

One of the things that we are pleased with is the level of competencies and capabilities in the Cyzag team. It’s a much, much higher level, much more convincing than other providers [we evaluated] who were mostly engaging with us in the way that they were trying to sell a tool only. But since the beginning of discussions with Cyzag, the team were there to really focus on achieving the result and the transformation, not just selling a tool.
