Daily management that runs on live plant data, not last night's spreadsheet.
Tier meetings, short interval control and the actions that come out of them, on boards that fill themselves from the historian and the shift record. The meeting decides what to do instead of reading out what the numbers were.

A tier 1 board: the day's measures from plant data, and the actions the meeting raised
What it does
Six things it does.
Built with No-code boards and viewsTask managementNotificationsCalculation library
-
Tier meetings from live boards
Each tier's board shows its own measures, filled in from plant data before anyone arrives.
-
Safety, quality, delivery and cost
The day's measures against target, red or green, with the trend behind each one.
-
Short interval control
Operators review performance every one to two hours and correct course within the shift.
-
Actions owned and tracked
Every action from the meeting has an owner and a date, and stays visible until it is closed.
-
Escalation between tiers
What a team cannot solve moves up a tier, with its history attached.
-
Losses brought to the meeting
Flags from Cyzag Intelligence arrive with their cost and likely cause, so the meeting starts from evidence.
How it works
How it works, in four steps.
- 1 Your engineers set up the boards for each tier, with the measures and targets you already use.
- 2 Read-only connections fill the measures from the historian and the shift record.
- 3 Teams meet at the board; actions are raised there, with owners and dates.
- 4 Open actions carry into the next meeting until they are closed, and unresolved ones move up a tier.
- Cyzag Operations → Runs the boards, the meeting cadence and the actions, from the control room to the site leadership team.
- Cyzag Intelligence → Brings its flags into the meeting with their cost and likely cause, ready to discuss.
- Read-only connections to your historian, MES and SAP
- Deployed on site or in your own tenant
- Configured by your engineers, with no code
- An audit trail on every record
Questions
What buyers ask us.
What is short interval control?
A routine in which operators review performance against target every one to two hours and correct course within the shift, instead of finding out at the end of it.
Can we keep our own meeting structure and measures?
Yes. Tiers, measures, targets and the agenda are configured by your engineers to match the way your plant already runs its day.
How are actions followed up?
Each action has an owner and a due date, appears on the owner's task list and on the board, and stays open until it is closed. Overdue actions are escalated.
Do we still need to prepare the numbers before each meeting?
No. The measures are filled in from the historian and the shift record, so the meeting starts on time with the current figures.
