This notice explains what personal information Cyzag Ltd collects through www.cyzag.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can do about it. It covers this website only. Our software has its own terms, agreed with each customer.
Who we are

What we collect, and why
| When | What we collect | Why, and our lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| You write to us through the contact form | Your name, company, role, email address and message | To reply and arrange a conversation. Legitimate interests: answering a business enquiry, and taking steps you ask for before a contract. |
| You book a session in the calendar | Your name, email address, the time you choose and any answers you give | To hold the session. Steps you ask for before a contract. Calendly runs the calendar for us. |
| You take the AI foundation assessment or use the ROI calculator | Your answers, and any contact details you choose to give | To give you your result and, if you leave contact details, to follow up. Legitimate interests. Fillout runs both for us. |
| You email us directly | Your email address and what you write | To reply. Legitimate interests. |
| You accept analytics cookies | The pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser, and an approximate location | To understand how the site is used and improve it. Consent, which you can withdraw at any time. |
| You accept analytics cookies | The company your visit comes from, worked out from its IP address, and the pages it viewed | To see which companies are interested in our work. Leadinfo provides this. It identifies organisations, not individuals, though for a sole trader the company and the person can be the same. Consent, which you can withdraw at any time. |
| Any visit | The request your browser makes, including its IP address | To keep the site secure and running. Legitimate interests. Our hosting provider keeps these logs for a limited time. |
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Cookies and similar technologies
Nothing that tracks you is used until you accept analytics cookies, and you can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page. Our fonts and site search run on our own site, so they send nothing to anyone else.

Who we share it with
We use these providers to run the site. Each processes personal information on our instructions and under a contract that protects it.
- Microsoft (Azure): hosts the site and the contact form, in Microsoft's West Europe region.
- Google (Google Analytics): site analytics, only if you accept.
- Leadinfo: company identification, only if you accept.
- Calendly: the booking calendar.
- Fillout: the AI foundation assessment and the ROI calculator.
- Our email and customer-records providers, which hold enquiries once they reach us.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the UK
Google, Calendly and Fillout may process information in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the UK–US data bridge, for companies certified under it, or by the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum to the standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries, bookings and assessment results: up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, when our contract terms apply.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
- Company-visit data from Leadinfo: up to two years.
- Server logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them for security, typically a few weeks.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it;
- limit how we use it;
- stop using it for marketing, or where we rely on legitimate interests;
- send it to you, or to someone else, in a common format.
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, through "Cookie settings" or by writing to us. Write to info@cyzag.com; we reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Marketing
We only send you news about our products if you have asked for it or we already work together, and every email lets you unsubscribe.
