Quality, safety and compliance in one connected system.
Deviations, incidents and audit findings usually live in separate spreadsheets. Cyzag captures them where they happen, with the evidence and follow-up attached.

How it works
How it works, in four steps.
- 1 Your engineers set up forms and workflows to match your system.
- 2 Operators and specialists record deviations, incidents and checks where they happen, on desk or phone.
- 3 Each record opens its investigation and actions, with owners and due dates.
- 4 Dashboards and the audit trail keep the evidence ready for review or audit.
- Cyzag Operations → Quality & Care: deviations, incidents, audits and checks captured, investigated and closed.
- Read-only connections to your historian, MES and SAP
- Deployed on site or in your own tenant
- Configured by your engineers, with no code
- An audit trail on every record
Questions
What buyers ask us.
Does it replace our QMS or LIMS?
No. Cyzag reads results from LIMS and other systems, read-only, and adds the operational record: deviations, incidents, checks and the actions that follow.
Can we use our own forms and categories?
Yes. Forms, categories and investigation workflows are configured by your engineers without code, and can follow your existing standard.
Is there an audit trail?
Yes. Every entry and every change is time-stamped and attributed, and records can carry electronic sign-off.
Is it validated for regulated manufacturing?
Validation and electronic-record requirements, such as those for pharmaceutical sites, are scoped deployment by deployment. Ask us for the current position for your site.
