Cyzag

Routine work, done on time and seen to be done.

Weekly checks, lubrication, 5S, calibration and the one-off jobs in between: defined once, scheduled automatically and owned by name. Nobody has to remember them, and nothing quietly lapses.

A routine defined once, and the tasks it generates by shift and asset

What it does

Six things it does.

Built with Task templatesTask managementScheduled jobsMobile and offlineNotificationsAudit trail

  • Routines defined once

Checks and tasks written as templates, with their steps, readings and the evidence required.

  • Scheduled by shift, site or asset

Every Monday, every shift, every pump in the area: the tasks appear without anyone creating them.

  • Owners and due dates

Each task has a named owner and a date, on the board and on the owner's phone.

  • Who is overloaded

Workload by person and team, so routines are shared out before they slip.

  • Escalation when a task lapses

Overdue routines reach the shift lead, then the area manager.

  • Non-routine work in the same list

One-off jobs and improvement actions sit beside the routines, so nothing runs on a separate spreadsheet.

How it works

How it works, in four steps.

  1. 1 Your engineers write each routine once, as a template.
  2. 2 They set its schedule by shift, site or asset, and the tasks are generated from it.
  3. 3 Crews complete them on desk, tablet or phone, offline where needed.
  4. 4 Overdue work escalates, and every completion is recorded in the audit trail.

Questions

What buyers ask us.

How is this different from our maintenance system?

Your maintenance system plans maintenance work orders. Routine management covers the operational routines around them: checks, readings, 5S, housekeeping and the one-off jobs a shift picks up. Work orders from SAP can be shown alongside.

Can routines differ between sites?

Yes. A template can be shared across sites and adjusted for each, so a routine stays the same where it should and differs where it must.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Cyzag Field runs routines and checks offline on certified handhelds and synchronises when back in range.

Can we see whether routines are actually being done?

Yes. Completion by routine, team and site is visible on any board, and every completed or overdue task is recorded with who did it and when.
