What it does

• Finds the losses. Cyzag Intelligence learns your plant's normal from its own history, watches for drift and puts a price on what matters.
• Finds the likely cause. Each flag shows its most likely cause, the evidence behind it and what else was checked. The action is drafted for a person to approve.
• Remembers the fix. A confirmed cause is kept against the equipment, so a repeat starts from the answer, with who it learned from.
• Runs the shift. Cyzag Operations, with handovers, rounds, OEE, improvement and quality, part of Cyzag software used at more than 80 plants in 11 countries and across a 104-ship fleet.

What the ten-week pilot delivers

1. The costed leak list. Every finding priced per hour and per year, with its likely cause and evidence.
2. The payback-ranked plan. The fixes in order of return, in your numbers.
3. Your data, findings and confirmed causes. Your data, every finding and every cause your people confirm are yours. The software stays ours, and keeps running if you take a licence.

Fixed scope. Weeks 1–3 connect (read-only) and build the plant model. Weeks 4–9 find what's drifting, propose the likely cause and put a price on it, reviewed with your engineers. Week 10 is the readout. One fixed fee, agreed before week one; it carries on only if the numbers hold.

What it asks of you

• Read-only access to the historian and the records you already keep.
• A few hours a week from one or two engineers who know the plant, to review findings as they appear.
• Success measures agreed before week one.
• Nothing replaced, migrated or switched off.

What it will never do

• Invent a number. Every figure is computed by the engine, not composed by the AI.
• Make a claim it can't trace to a reading, a log entry or an investigation.
• Write to your control system.
• Close an action or change a record without a named person's sign-off.
• Train anyone else's system on your data. Deployed on site or in your tenant; each customer's plant model is its own.

Every figure links to the reading behind it, and nothing changes in the plant until a named person approves it.
