Cyzag

Live process graphics, built in minutes rather than weeks.

A drawing of the plant with live values on it, and one click from any value to the analysis behind it. Draw it yourself, describe the unit in a sentence, or hand over a screenshot of the mimic you already have, and the assistant builds the first version for you to adjust.

A live mimic: values on the drawing, and the item off its normal stands out

What it does

Six things it does.

Built with Process diagramsParameter drill-downAnalysis workspaceMobile and offlineHistorians

  • Draw it, or have it drawn

A canvas with a searchable symbol library: tanks, reactors, pumps, valves, motors, filters, hoppers and more, plus value boxes, status chips, embedded trends and buttons.

  • Build it with AI

Describe the unit, such as “a feed tank, two pumps and a heat exchanger feeding the reactor, with level, flow and temperature”, and the assistant draws it, binds the values and lays it out.

  • Start from a picture

Attach a screenshot or photo of an existing graphic, from a DCS, an old mimic or a slide, and it is rebuilt as a live diagram. Up to five images at a time.

  • Values that speak

Colour by value, states in words (“Running”, not 1), stale readings marked as stale, and formulas across several tags shown on the face of the graphic.

  • One click to the answer

Select any values and open them in the analysis workspace with their tags, units and period, put them on a chart, or walk down the cause tree behind them.

  • Where work begins

Buttons open another board, raise a task, open a form or start a workflow, and connectors carry you on to the next diagram.

Inside the graphics editor

An editor, an assistant and live data in one place.

A process graphic should show what is happening now and lead somewhere when it looks wrong. You do not have to draw it from nothing: describe the unit, or hand over a picture of the graphic you already have, then adjust the first version.

Draw
Symbol library, value boxes, labels, shapes, images, status chips, progress bars, clocks, embedded trends, buttons
Edit
Multi-select, align and distribute, guide lines, nudge by a tenth of a pixel or ten, resize with aspect lock, rotate, order front to back, undo and redo, copy and paste
Keep it safe
Autosave, version history with restore, read-only mode for diagrams that should not be changed by accident
Connect
Connectors in any colour and thickness; solid, dashed, dotted or animated; straight, curved or square routing
Bring in
Screenshots and photos rebuilt as live diagrams, whole diagrams copied as a pattern, values and labels set in bulk from a spreadsheet, your own symbols, background images
Make it speak
Colour by value, states in words, stale data marked, formulas on the face, connectors that follow a tag
Act on it
Open in analysis, chart the selection, parameter drill-down, copy tags, download as an image, buttons that raise tasks, open forms and start workflows
Where it runs

  • Change it in conversation

Ask for changes, such as “move the cooler downstream of the pump” or “add the discharge pressure”, and only those parts change. Nothing is saved until you choose to, and deleting several items or starting over asks first.

  • Tags checked, not guessed

Every tag the assistant binds is verified against the historian. Unknown tags are withdrawn rather than bound to nothing, an ambiguous name offers you the candidates, and it asks which data source to use.

  • Nothing quietly dropped

A picture is read into a checklist first, and the assistant checks its drawing against that list, so parts of the original are not lost on the way. One button can also photograph your own canvas and use it as the brief.

  • One good graphic becomes the pattern

Copy a whole diagram to another unit, and set values, formulas and labels in bulk from a spreadsheet when one layout serves many lines or sites.

  • Your symbols, for everyone

Add your own symbols to the library, with folders, versions and access rights. Swap one symbol for another and its size and connections stay as they were.

  • Any data source

Each element can read from your historian, a second historian, another connected source or a locally held value, shown with its unit, decimals, title and tooltip, and refreshed continuously.

  • Walk the plant

Connectors can carry you to the next diagram, or expand a linked one in place, so the graphics follow the process from unit to unit.

  • Diagrams drawn from the plant model

Where a site's equipment and connections are already described, pick an asset and its flowsheet is drawn for you, with equipment, streams and live values.

Who it is for
  • Operators and shift teams who need the state of the unit at a glance.
  • Process engineers who want to go from “that looks odd” to the data behind it without a detour.
  • Engineering and digital teams with mimics in other systems and no appetite to redraw them by hand.

How it works

How it works, in four steps.

  1. 1 Read-only connections bring in your historian, whichever it is; nothing migrates, and it stays where it is.
  2. 2 Draw the unit, describe it to the assistant, or upload a screenshot of the mimic you already have.
  3. 3 Bind the values, set colours and states, and publish it to the shift's board, an app or mobile.
  4. 4 From any value, one click opens the analysis behind it, and a button starts the task or workflow.
Who does what
  • Cyzag Operations → Runs the graphic on the shift's board, in published apps and on mobile, and starts the task, form or workflow from a button on it.
  • Cyzag Intelligence → Takes any value on the graphic straight into the analysis workspace and the cause tree behind it.
Where it runs
  • Read-only connections to your historian, MES and SAP
  • Deployed on site or in your own tenant
  • Configured by your engineers, with no code
  • An audit trail on every record

Questions

What buyers ask us.

Can it replace PI ProcessBook displays?

Yes. Your ProcessBook displays are rebuilt as live graphics on the PI data you already have. Draw them, or hand the assistant a screenshot of each display and adjust what it builds. See the PI ProcessBook alternative and trending and analysis on your PI data.

Do we have to redraw our existing mimics?

No. A screenshot or photo of an existing graphic, from a DCS, an old mimic or a slide, is rebuilt as a live diagram. One good unit graphic can then be copied as the pattern for the rest of the plant.

What if the assistant binds the wrong tag?

It does not guess. Every tag is verified against the historian, unknown tags are withdrawn, and where a name is ambiguous you choose from the candidates.

Does it write to the control system?

No. Graphics read from your historian and other data sources. Cyzag never writes to the control system.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. The same graphic runs on a whiteboard, inside a published view or app, and on mobile, with values, charting and sharing as an image.
