Process efficiency monitoring for energy, steam and raw materials.
Efficiency is usually reviewed monthly, long after the drift began. Cyzag tracks consumption against each unit's normal, shift by shift, and prices the gap.

Raw-material and energy cost, shift by shift, with the deviation log
What it does
Six things it does.
Built with Calculation libraryParameter drill-downAnalysis workspaceCause-and-effect flow
-
Consumption per tonne, shift by shift
Energy, steam, water and materials against production, near real time.
-
A baseline that fits the unit
Batch and continuous models, or a normal learned from history.
-
Losses priced in euros
Priced per hour and per year; estimates kept apart from savings.
-
Drill down to the asset
From the site total to the compressor behind it.
-
Likely drivers, with the evidence
Consumption overlaid with process variables and the shift record.
-
Short interval control
Operators review what happened every one to two hours.
How it works
How it works, in four steps.
- 1 Read-only connections bring in consumption, production and process data from the historian and MES.
- 2 Your cost data sets the price of each unit of energy and material.
- 3 The baseline is configured or learned; deviations are priced and ranked.
- 4 Your people confirm the driver; the fix is approved and measured.
- Cyzag Operations → Process Efficiency tracks consumption per tonne shift by shift and ties it to what the crew did.
- Cyzag Intelligence → Learns each unit's normal, prices the drift and proposes the likely driver with its evidence.
- Read-only connections to your historian, MES and SAP
- Deployed on site or in your own tenant
- Configured by your engineers, with no code
- An audit trail on every record
Questions
What buyers ask us.
How do you calculate the annual cost of a deviation?
The gap to the unit's baseline is priced from your own cost data per hour, then annualised by the plant's operating hours. It is an estimated exposure, stated with its assumptions, and is never presented as a saving until a fix has been measured.
What baseline do you compare against?
Either a model your engineers configure, for batch or continuous operation, or a normal learned from a good period of the unit's own history by grade, season and rate.
Does it tell us the cause?
It proposes the most likely driver with the evidence behind it and the alternatives it checked. Your people confirm or correct it; a likely cause is a hypothesis until then.
Which data do you need?
Consumption, production and key process variables from your historian, plus your cost per unit of energy and material. Connections are read-only.
Is this the same as an energy management system?
It overlaps on energy per tonne, but it is aimed at process losses of every kind, priced in money, and does not replace utility billing or certified energy management reporting.
