Behind those numbers are four years of records written by people on shift, in Cyzag Operations. That record is what Cyzag Intelligence is grounded in, and it is the one part no model vendor can shortcut.
The short version.
Cyzag is a UK company. We have spent a decade building software for safety-critical operations, the kind where a bad shift shows up in the numbers, and a bad decision shows up in an investigation.
Cyzag Operations runs in production today across chemical plants and a global chemical-tanker fleet: handovers, rounds, improvement work and quality processes, used every shift by the people doing the work. That is where the record comes from.
Cyzag Intelligence sits on top of it, and on top of whatever else you already run. It finds what is costing you money and finds the cause, and it keeps what your people know working after they have gone.
Who you'll deal with.
A small team of process and software engineers, most of whom have run shifts, commissioned units or led improvement programmes before they wrote a line of code for this. The person on your first call has worked in process operations. They will ask about your plant, not read you a script.
The same people build the product and deliver the ten weeks. There is no separate services arm, no implementation partner, and nobody between you and the engineer who connects your historian.
