Does Cyzag Field work with no signal at all, not just weak signal?

Yes. It’s built for zero connectivity as the normal operating condition, not a fallback mode. Rounds, forms, and tasks are all fully usable offline, and everything syncs automatically once the device is back in range.

What happens to data captured offline if there’s a sync conflict?

Completed work retains its original timestamp and author from the moment it was captured on the device, not the moment it synced. The audit trail reflects when the work actually happened in the field.

Which certified handhelds does it run on?

ATEX and IECEx certified devices, including hardware from ecom, BARTEC and i.safe MOBILE.

Do I need a separate Cyzag Field license?

No. Cyzag Field requires an existing Cyzag account. It’s part of the platform your team already uses, not a separate product to license and administer.
